Because our juices, tonics, and capsules are natural consumables without synthetic stabilizers, opened bottles cannot be returned for resale hygiene reasons.

If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, leaked, or has a broken tamper-evident seal, please notify us within 48 hours with a photograph.

We will issue an immediate, no-questions-asked free replacement dispatch or a 100% full refund back to your original payment method.

Prepaid refunds are initiated within 24 hours of claim verification and reflect in your bank account or UPI within 3 to 5 business days.
